Please note that this condo currently has tenants paying $2,000/month. Their lease is until 2/28/2023. Upon closing, I would be happy to sign over the lease to you or continue managing this property for free until this lease expires. After that time, my management fee is only 10% for long-term rentals or 25% for short-term rentals (after all expenses).
